        Basic unit

Kampmann Katherm HK trench heater, ready-to-install floor trench, either for installation in raised or screeded floors, convector-based for heating and cooling with tangential fan convection. Heat and cooling outputs tested in accordance with E DIN EN 16430, parts 1 to 3. Hygiene-certified in line with VDI 6022.
Floor trench made of sendzimir galvanised sheet steel, painted graphite grey on both sides. Height adjustment feet on the side to adjust the trench height, fitted with impact sound insulation, raised floor height adjustment feet with impact noise insulation, for the secure support of the trench. With pre-punched connection openings for water flow and return pipes and electrical connection, on the room side. Floor trench configured for condensation pump kit. Segment panels act as a finger guard for the tangential fan and as frame for the filter, airflow baffle, grille seat and reinforcing stays to strengthen the trench. Central wall acts as an air guide and support for the tangential fan.
Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) data is published in the form of an EPD according to EN 15804 and is available to download from the International EPD System. Registered in the building products platform DGNB Navigator. GWP (phase A1-A3), kg CO2 Äq.1,97E+02. Further calculations possible online.

        Heat exchanger

High-output heat exchanger made of round copper pipes with aluminium fins and Eurokonus valve connection, painted graphite-grey. With anti-twist mechanism. Collector with integral bleed option.

        Condensate tray

Condensate tray has a flow-optimised design, for the simultaneous discharge of condensate and air guidance below the convector Condensate tray designed as an independent component that can be removed for cleaning and maintenance in accordance with VDI 6022.

        Fan

Tangential fan with safety guard. Energy-saving EC fan with 0-10 V input for continuously variable speed control with sound-optimised commutation electronics. Valve controlled via 24 V DC control contacts. All rotating parts have low-noise and maintenance-free bearings. Motor monitoring with internal fault processing.
Even flow through the convector, low power consumption for effective, energy-saving consumption, also sound-optimised for low sound values. Easily removable for cleaning and maintenance due to combined coupling/ball joint system with simultaneous acoustic decoupling. With sound-optimised commutation electronics Factory-wired ready for connection. Valve controlled via 24 V DC control contacts.

        Control

        230 V electromechanical control version
Electrical connection unit factory-fitted and wired. Connection options for on-site signals to control the fan (continuously variable) and actuators, including 230V/ 24V power unit. Continuously variable speed control via an external 0-10 VDC signal.

        Grille

With frame insert profile, colour-coordinated to the grille. With protective installation cover and frame trim. With cover panels for connection areas. With double T-profile grille. Connections made of corrosion-proof steel springs with matching spacers.
