Overview
Rapidly exchange polluted room air in existing and new buildings – this is what the KaCompact KG achieves in buildings, such as restaurants or office buildings. Schools and nursery schools can also enjoy the very best air quality, thanks to the minimal dimensions of the unit.
The design tool enables you to intuitively select the right KaCompact KG unit in an instant. In addition to your operating data, you will immediately receive the suitable unit for your project complete with your required data and additional documentation, such as cable laying plans.
The KaCompact KG is strongly available to meet standard requirements and is available in a range of sizes from 1,500 to 6,000 m3/h. Placed your order? Your unit will be delivered to site within a few weeks.
A highly efficient counterflow heat exchanger incorporated in the KaCompact KG ensures that the thermal energy is recovered from the extract air and transferred to the supply air. This is also possible with low outside temperatures.
The KaCompact KG has been designed in accordance with the requirements of the VDI 6022 revision concept. This guarantees hygienically perfect air conditioning even after several years.
Whichever way you look at it – the KaCompact KG always fits any ductwork on site, and includes versions with horizontal or vertical ductwork connections as required. Select the position of the supply air and extract air connections on the one unit side, and the outside and exhaust air connections on the other side for your required installation situation.
Energy-efficient EC radial fans, the high heat recovery rate and saving of valuable energy are only just a few of the benefits of the KaCompact KG. It is also ErP-compliant and meets the requirements of the Ecodesign Directive (ErP).
The unit designed for use indoors can be quickly transported to its installation site. Many sizes fit through standard door frame dimensions. The compact ventilation unit is fully assembled and wired ex works. The KaCompact KG is thus immediately ready to use as soon as it has been installed. All components are integrated and parametrised in the selection of the KaControl.
We look at the environmental impact of our products over the entire life cycle – “cradle to cradle”! This results in Environmental Product Declarations (EPD). EPDs can be easily submitted for all common building sustainability certification systems, such as DGNB, BREEAM or LEED, and are available in the Download area. In addition, the product is registered in the building products platform DGNB Navigator.

- Filter class: ISO ePM10 55% for extract air and ISO ePM1 70% for supply air
- Single-section KaCompact KG housing, consisting of steel profiles and double-walled and insulated steel panels
- Made of galvanised metal, externally coated and fully bonded for maximum corrosion protection
- Generously sized housing openings for ease of access and simple filter change
- Easy-open service hatch with strap closure for ease of access to all components
