Ultra DX

The units are available in "heating only" or "heating and cooling" versions.

Both versions are based on the same high-quality basic design, but differ in terms of their equipment.

Units for heating and cooling have a condensate tray and a condensate pump to collect and remove any condensate. The heat exchangers are optimized for cooling operation.

Unit heaters are available in two fan versions, each with a different maximum speed.

Variant with low speed

This version offers a limited maximum speed, which enables finer control of the air output. At the same time, the maximum sound power is reduced - ideal for applications with high comfort requirements in terms of sound.

Variant with high speed

A version with a higher maximum speed is available for power-intensive applications. It enables a significantly increased air output and is particularly suitable for industrial environments in which the noise level plays a subordinate role.

We offer various solutions for the control and regulation of our units, which can be used depending on the application and requirements:

Electromechanical control

This variant is ideal for simple applications. All integrated actuators are factory-wired to terminals and can be connected to our electromechanical accessories such as thermostats or external controllers.

• The unit heaters should be arranged symmetrically in the room to ensure an even flow through the room.
• Structural conditions such as lintels, ceiling cranes or other installations must be taken into account.

• The maximum mounting height Hmax is 4,5 m.
• Throw distances of 7.5 m are achievable.
• Structural conditions and design parameters can influence the mounting height and throw distances.

• The air is blown evenly into the room via six outlet panels.
• The louvers can be adjusted via a ratchet mechanism for air steering control.

• The Ultra is suspended using threaded rods or wire ropes.
• Four brackets for suspension are mounted on the top of the device.
• On-site, the fastening is carried out using suitable mounting material on the ceiling (e.g. on the raw concrete ceiling).

• The Ultra packaging includes a drilling template to easily transfer the suspension points.

• The condensate tray and heat exchanger can be serviced from the underside of the unit.

• The maximum delivery height of the condensate pump is 6 m and must not be exceeded.

• An ISO Coarse 45% (G3) filter is available as an accessory.
• The filter can be retrofitted and easily removed from the Ultra for cleaning purposes.
