Kampmann Katherm ID trench heaters, designed as ready-to-install convector-based in-floor trench heating and cooling units with induction function and supply air connection for the supply of preconditioned primary air. Induction function: conditioned primary air flows from a compressed air box via specially developed nozzles into the trench and induces secondary air through the coil. Heat outputs and cooling outputs tested in accordance with E DIN EN 16430, parts 1 to 3.
Trench chassis made of sendzimir galvanised sheet steel, coated on both sides in graphite gray (RAL 7024), with adjustable leveling feet on the inside and on the outside of the channel (toward the room), for stable height adjustment during raised-floor installation; with mounting aids, height-adjustable, featuring impact sound insulation on the room-side of the duct; with brackets to reinforce the trench chassis, mounting profiles for induction housings, end caps, cross struts, and cutouts for water-side and electrical connections, with a cover plate for the connection area.
Heat exchanger
High-performance heat exchanger made of circular copper pipes with aluminum fins, coated in graphite gray. Includes an air baffle. With integral bleed option.

Supply air
With primary air connection spigot on the room side attached to the side panel of the trench including flow rectifier to reduce sound; with replaceable nozzle and the number of nozzles corresponding to the primary air volume, which have been designed for the application, with subsequent adaptation of the primary air volume possible.
Grille
With double-T profile grille. Corrosion-proof steel spring connections with matching spacers, with colour-coordinated frame profile to match the grille, with transparent dirt and dust protective cover to protect the frame edge.
