The installation location determines the basic structure of the unit.

The ceiling version has been specially developed for horizontal installation on the ceiling, with the air outlet facing forwards. The wall-mounted model, on the other hand, is designed for vertical installation on walls, with the air outlet facing upwards.

The two variants are not compatible with each other due to the design differences - particularly in the condensate tray and condensate drainage. Each version is specifically designed for fixing, condensate drainage and maintenance accessibility.

The selection of the right variant should therefore always be based on the structural conditions and maintenance requirements.

Depending on the structural conditions and installation requirements, two connection variants can be selected:

Left or right connection.

These variants enable optimum adaptation to the pipe routing on site and reduce both installation work and costs.

The connection side is defined from the perspective of the mounted unit.

Different filter types are available depending on the application area and the air quality requirements.

The standard version with an ISO Coarse filter primarily serves to protect the device by retaining coarse particles such as dust and fibers.

For applications with increased demands on indoor air quality, more powerful filters in accordance with ISO ePM, MERV or HEPA can be integrated as an option. These improve the indoor air by removing fine particles and aerosols from the intake air.

The suitable filter should be selected taking into account the project-specific requirements and the planned maintenance intervals.

We offer various solutions for the control and regulation of our units, which can be used depending on the application and requirements:

Electromechanical control

This variant is ideal for simple applications. All integrated actuators are factory-wired to terminals and can be connected to our electromechanical accessories such as thermostats or external controllers.

The units are available in several model sizes to allow for capacity sizing tailored to specific needs. The model size is selected based on the required thermal capacity, the air volume flow, and the room’s acoustic requirements. Larger models offer higher capacity but come with larger housing dimensions, which must be taken into account when planning the installation.

• Minimum distance to the occupied zone 1 m
• Secure fastening options must be available.
• Full-surface revision option

Avoid the following:

• Impairment of free air circulation due to e.g. lamps, furniture or shelves
• Obstruction of air intake and air distribution
• electronic units underneath the unit
• Inaccessibility for maintenance work

• The air outlet area needs to be completely barrier-free.
• A distance of 100 mm from the air intake area must be maintained.
• With cladding, at least 50 mm must be freely accessible in the direction of the air outlet area.
• A distance of 100 mm must be maintained from the underside of the device.
• A distance of 165 mm must be maintained from the sides.
• At the rear, a minimum clearance of 100 mm is required for ceiling mounting.

The following must be observed when operating the unit below the dew point:

• The maximum delivery head of the condensate pump (optional) is 4 m from the lower edge of the unit and must not be exceeded.
• Condensate lines must be ventilated.
• Provide pipes with a permanent and continuous gradient (1%). Avoid gradients or so-called "water pockets".
• Only use fixed cables (no flexible hoses) for horizontal routes.
• Connections and transitions (e.g. from hose to fixed line) must be tight and mechanically secured, e.g. by using hose clamps.
• If there is a siphon stop device at the transition point from the unit to the on-site drain, it must be installed at the highest point of the drain run.
• Protect condensate-carrying pipes from falling below the dew point, e.g. with vapor diffusion-tight insulation.

• With factory-fitted ISO Coarse filter in the intake area.
• Accessibility of all ventilated and water-bearing components for cleaning.
