System control in the building
Kampmann automation experts have the right solution for every project and can optimize the system to each specific application. Support starts at the quotation stage: we'll define the system to meet your precise requirements. Apart from the network topology, we will also produce the installation drawings, including cabling diagrams, wiring diagrams, and parameter lists, required to set up the communication network.
KaControl MC System Controller

The KaControl MC System Controller consists of an IP54 housing with integrated TP5 Touch Panel. Functionalities are significantly expanded with the System Controller. Using the Modbus TCP protocol, up to 25 rooms or groups, each with up to 10 units, can be connected, enabling the central control of timer programs and setpoints etc. Heat generators and various hydraulic circuits can also be controlled.
The control system integrated into the System Controller also offers the option of controlling a ventilation system. The identical control is thus also used directly in the KaCompact KG, maintaining the full range of functions of the System Controller.
Thanks to the possibility of external remote control, all settings can be made either directly on the System Controller or at any location. All operating functions are mirrored on the remote control. Naturally, a Webserver is also available here.
System Controller set-up
The diagram shows how the System Controller directly controls a freely planned ventilation system, heat pump, and hydraulics. Control zones are also controlled centrally by Modbus TCP from the System Controller

The following diagram shows the set-up of a KaCompact KG with an integrated KaControl MC control system. This control system fully assumes the tasks of a separate System Controller. A key benefit of this set-up is that no external System Controller is required. All control and regulation functions are integrated in KaCompact KG. As a result, all functions are directly available without the need to install additional hardware or locate external control components.

This diagram shows how up to 25 groups can be seamlessly networked with each other via Modbus TCP. A direct and efficient line structure is possible thanks to the integrated switch, providing bus-based data communication.
