VW and Audi dealership extensively refurbished
Building owner: Autohaus Rainer Seyfarth GmbH & Co. KG
Seyfarth car dealership in Gotha (Thuringia) started out as a contract workshop for the now legendary "Trabant" care in 1978. But in 1990 it became a VW and Audi dealer and, one year later, they started the construction of a new car dealership on the current site. Just as dynamic as the growth of the dealership is the will of owner Rainer Seyfarth and his staff to offer customers outstanding service. The company has been presented with many awards for its efforts and is one of the best car dealers in Germany. This standard also applies to the company's recent refurbishment and expansion plans.
Kampmann encased convectors create a pleasant atmosphere in the bright showrooms. The low-rise, powder-coated heaters and brackets are positioned in front of the floor to ceiling glass façades. From there they heat the entire space by means of natural convection without obstructing the view. Kampmann convectors are particularly high performing and extremely durable. Their low water content makes them very responsive; long heating-up times and unnecessary supplementary heating are a thing of the past.
Kampmann Galaxis radiant ceiling panels, installed in the workshop area, work along the same lines as the sun. They do not heat the air, but emit energy as heat radiation. Only when this encounters people or objects is the energy given off as thermal energy. Galaxis radiant ceiling panels are installed in strips and do not create draughts nor dust – perfect conditions for the people and materials in the workshop area below. Five TIP unit heaters are also installed at Seyfarth's. These durable, economical air handling units are available as wall- and ceiling-mounted units.
